Amateur Baseball Games Intensify During Fall 2021 Amateur League | Sports

There was a close game and a tie in the 2021 Guam Fall Amateur Baseball League at Triple J Baseball Academy Field at Okkodo High School.

A competitive game was held between the Padres and the Chiefs last Saturday, with the Padres beating the Chiefs 7-6.

Chiefs pitcher Sean Cruz kept the game tough when he had 5 full innings with 1 run, 2 hits, 8 strikeouts, 3 RBIs and 1 steal. It was not enough since the Padres took the victory.

Not so even

The Yankees were tied with the Brewers at 5-5 last Wednesday, but that didn’t stop the Brewers from taking the win over the Warriors, 5-3 last Friday. Brewers outfielder Russel Ayu boosted the team with 4 BBs, 2 points and 2 stolen goals.

The Yankees were unable to tie Amigos, losing 15-9 last Saturday. Amigos outfielder Ray Peter San Nicolas held the Amigos victory with a 2-for-4, 1-BB, 2 runs, 3 RBI and a stolen base.
